1. Service Agreement

Your agreement for services with Eco Impress Cleaning Solutions Ltd. is formed upon successful booking confirmation, whether through our online portal, telephone, or email. We commit to providing professional cleaning services in Normanton and across the UK, employing our eco-friendly practices and high-quality standards.

What Our Cleaning Services Include and Exclude:

Our detailed service descriptions are available on our website under each service category (e.g., Commercial Cleaning, Residential Cleaning). We encourage clients to review these specifics. Generally, our services encompass thorough cleaning of specified areas, using our certified eco-friendly products and trained personnel. Exclusions typically include hazardous waste removal, structural repairs, or services beyond the scope of general cleaning, unless explicitly agreed upon in a custom service plan.

2. Pricing and Payment

All service quotes provided by Eco Impress Cleaning Solutions Ltd. are based on the information provided by the client and are subject to final confirmation upon an on-site assessment, if deemed necessary. We strive for transparency in all our pricing.

Quoting Process:

Quotes are generally provided electronically following an enquiry and may require a brief consultation to tailor to specific needs. Any adjustments to the service scope or property conditions not disclosed initially may lead to a revised quote.

Accepted Payment Methods:

We accept various payment methods including major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and direct debits for recurring services. Specific details will be provided on your invoice.

Payment Schedule:

For one-off services, full payment is typically due upon completion of the service. For contractual or recurring services, payments are processed monthly in advance or as per the agreed schedule outlined in your service agreement. All payment terms are clearly stated on your invoice.

Late Payment Fees:

In the event of delayed payment, Eco Impress Cleaning Solutions Ltd. reserves the right to apply a late payment fee, which will be clearly stipulated in your service agreement and invoice. Continued non-payment may result in the suspension or termination of services.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. To ensure fair scheduling for all our clients and our cleaning teams, we have a clear policy regarding cancellations and rescheduling.

Notice Period:

Clients are required to provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellation or request to reschedule a booked service. This allows us sufficient time to adjust our schedules and offer the slot to another client.

Fees for Late Cancellations:

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee, typically 50% of the booking value, to cover administrative costs and lost earnings for our cleaning professionals. No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full service fee.
